Hello

I’m a qualified Integrative Therapist passionate about supporting marginalised groups to explore and uncover parts of themselves that may have been hidden.  As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I’m deeply committed to creating a safe, inclusive space where you can explore your emotions, heal from past pain, and reconnect with your authentic self. You are the expert on yourself and your life. I don’t have the answers but I will walk alongside you as we explore any patterns, behaviours and feelings that may be challenging for you at present.

My Approach

As an Integrative Therapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic models to meet your unique needs, with a strong foundation in Psychodynamic and Humanistic approaches. This means we’ll explore how your past experiences, relationships, and patterns influence your present, while fostering self-growth, self-compassion, and healing.

I work relationally, and at the core of my work is the belief that relationships—past and present—profoundly shape who we are. By understanding these connections, we can unravel the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and empower you to embrace your full potential. I prioritise building a therapeutic relationship where you feel deeply seen, heard, and supported—a foundation for meaningful change.

As the child of immigrants, I understand the challenges of navigating cultural identity, family expectations, and feeling caught between two worlds. This personal experience fuels my passion for creating a space where all aspects of your identity are welcomed. Together, we’ll explore how cultural dynamics, family roles, and lived experiences have shaped you, helping you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels authentic and empowering.

I work from an Anti-Oppressive Framework, recognising the impact of systemic inequalities on mental health. This approach is especially meaningful when working with clients from marginalised communities, whose voices and experiences have often been silenced or invalidated.

Who I Work With

I specialise in supporting individuals who feel stuck, unseen, or burdened by:

  • Relational or Systemic trauma

  • Emotional unavailability

  • Shame, self-doubt, and people-pleasing

  • Identity struggles, including cultural identity

  • Anxiety, depression, and burnout

As an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your identity and experiences without judgment.

What I Believe

I know how life experiences like childhood trauma, emotional neglect, and shame can impact your self-worth and make you feel disconnected from yourself and others. No matter where you're starting from, change is possible.

Therapy is a space for you to explore what’s holding you back—whether it’s anxiety, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or difficulty setting boundaries. Together, we’ll create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel respected and empowered to heal. My goal is to help you build self-compassion, reconnect with yourself, and feel confident in your life and relationships.
