If we choose to work together, my session fee is £70 for a 50-minute session. Payment is made in advance of each session via bank transfer to confirm your booking.

Reduced Rate Sessions

I am committed to making therapy accessible where possible. I offer a limited number of reduced-rate sessions for individuals on a low income. If you’re interested in this option, please indicate your enquiry on the free consultation booking form. Please note: all reduced-rate sessions are currently full.

Cancellation Policy
​
Life happens, and I understand that plans can change. However, sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full. If you cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice, there will be no charge.

What is an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist?
As an affirming therapist, I create a space where all identities and orientations are celebrated and supported. I’m committed to understanding the unique challenges LGBTQIA+ individuals face and offering therapy that is inclusive and validating.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
Currently, I work exclusively online via Zoom, giving you the flexibility to attend sessions from wherever feels comfortable.
How can I pay for sessions?
Payment is made via bank transfer at least 24 hours before each session. Details will be provided when we begin working together.
What if I’ve never been to therapy before?
That’s completely okay. We’ll take things at your pace, and I’ll guide you through the process.
What happens during the free consultation call?
The 20-minute consultation is an opportunity for us to discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and explore whether my approach is right for you. You can ask questions about the process, and we can see if we feel comfortable working together.
What if I need to cancel a session?
I require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. If a session is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the full session fee will apply.
